Inside Sales Manager

The Role

Voltus is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to grow, manage, develop, and inspire a dynamic and high performing team of Sales Associates. This is a player/coach role. You will be responsible for delivering on an aggressive sales plan, for ensuring the team exceeds its qualified booked meetings goal, and for continually recruiting up and coming sales talent.
