Regional Sales Manager

The Role

Voltus is looking for Regional Sales Managers to support a rapidly growing team of Sales Directors who love to deliver “Less Energy, More Cash” to customers. This is a player/coach role. You will be responsible for hiring and leading a sales team that is focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

You love Sales and getting into the trenches with your team. You love to learn and think creatively to deliver customer value and win! You utilize data to improve and help ensure that your team is growing and successful. You are eager to work with some of the smartest people in the energy industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quota
  • Hire, onboard and train great sales people
  • Report all sales activities through Voltus’s CRM system. Use data to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement and for the training and development of your sales team
  • Work cross functionally to support the success of Voltus customers and Voltus in your focus markets
  • Continuously make us a better company

The Sales Director is a sales hunting machine, with a focus on building and nurturing successful new relationships with large commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. Strategic Sales Director

The Role

As a strategic director, you’re part of the “tiger-team”.You’re the best in your craft of sales, understand energy markets and demand response and can easily talk-turkey with decision makers at Fortune 500 companies.  You will have access to the largest C&I customers and will lead them to the path of cash across theirNA portfolio with the 55+ demand response programs Voltus offers.

  • Hit weekly KPIs and track all activity through CRM
  • Manage the relationships you close for term of partnership
